Halal-Only Penang & KL for a GCC Operator

A 5-day itinerary for a Gulf-based luxury operator where every restaurant, market stall, and cooking class venue was verified halal. Included a private iftar during Ramadan and a specially arranged dining experience at a Malay kampung house.

Thematic

Nyonya Deep Dive for a Food Writer Group

A 4-day programme across Melaka and Penang focused entirely on Peranakan cuisine. Included private kitchen access to three Nyonya families, a rempah (spice paste) workshop, and a kuih-making session with a third-generation vendor.
